Personal Broadcast Network is a personalized news and content aggregation service that generates customized broadcasts based on your preferences. The Service integrates with various third-party APIs to deliver news, weather, sports, and other content.

To use the Service, you must:

  • Sign in using a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect your own API keys for various third-party services. You are responsible for obtaining these keys in compliance with each provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for any charges, limitations, or issues arising from your use of third-party APIs.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT DELIVERED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
